Adult Transition Center

The Special Education Adult Transition Program is a post-high school, community-based program that provides instruction, support, and resources into adulthood for students with disabilities through the age of 22. It is designed to support students’ transition to independent living. This includes preparing students for job pathways, college experiences, and real-life obstacles such as using community resources and transportation. Student daily activities include work experience at various job sites with in the community.
